- Guardian contact details such as name, phone number, email and delivery address.
- Rider details supplied by a parent or guardian, including name, date of birth, category and age-proof documents.
- Registration, order, payment-status, support and event check-in information.
- Profile photographs or event media that you choose to upload or submit.
- Device, log, cookie and usage information needed to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use information
We use information to verify guardians, process registrations and orders, provide support, deliver products, operate events, prevent fraud, send requested service updates and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing messages are only sent where you have asked to receive them and can be withdrawn.
Children’s information
LRC services are for parents and guardians. A child must not create an account or submit information directly. The parent or guardian confirms their authority to provide rider information and gives any required consent for participation and event media.
Service providers and security
We use trusted providers such as Firebase for phone authentication, Shopify for storefront services, Razorpay for payments, AiSensy for opted-in WhatsApp communications and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded media. We limit access, use encrypted connections and retain information only as long as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw optional communications and ask questions about our processing. Some records may need to be retained for safety, accounting or legal reasons.
