Before you register

Refund & cancellation policy

  1. No physical returns

    Registration is for an event service. Participation kits issued on race day cannot be returned.

  2. Registration fees are non-refundable

    Fees are not refunded for absence, a change of plans or an unused entry.

  3. Entries are non-transferable

    A registration cannot be transferred to another child or moved to another event date.

  4. Organizer postponement or cancellation

    A revised date will be communicated. A refund applies only when explicitly confirmed by the organizing team.

Who can race?

Children aged 2-6, grouped into Mini, Super and Pro Ridder categories.

Which bike is allowed?

A pedal-free balance bike in safe riding condition. Pedals and training wheels are not used.

Is a helmet required?

Yes. A correctly fitted helmet is essential. Final gear guidance is shared before each event.

When is the schedule shared?

Timing and venue details are sent to registered families before race day.
