Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns

As this is an event-based registration, there are no physical products to return. All participation kits are provided on the event day and cannot be returned once issued.

2. No Refunds

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once a participant is registered, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including absence or change of plans.

3. Non-Transferable

Registrations are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another child or event date.

4. Event Cancellations

In the unlikely case that the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, a revised date will be communicated. Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated by the organizing team.
